Services

Alone Company provides custom software development, web development, AI automation, web maintenance, and Linux server management services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all code and deliverables produced for commission-based projects are owned by the client upon full payment. Our in-house products and tools remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

Alone Company Computing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
